MEET OUR FOUNDERS
Moved by the call to steward kingdom leaders in discipleship, ministry and business, Nina, Amanda, Stephanie and Victoria aligned during a Holy Spirit-filled event in the summer of 2025, to form what is now the Lioness Alliance.
In this season, these four leaders have heard God’s call for his daughters to RISE UP, be adequately equipped, commissioned and called forward into their KINGDOM assignments.
Within the collective Lioness Alliance space, these leaders will provide you with the resources, strategies and Godly council necessary for you as a Christian ministry or business leader.
You will grow in spiritual fortitude and spirit filled confidence to dynamically step into all that God has called you to walk in….for His glory!

Stephanie is best known for her strong teaching, discipleship, deliverance ministry, and prophetic insight. Her heart is anchored in raising up women, strengthening marriages, and equipping the next generation to know, understand, and walk in their authority in Christ. Her heart is to lead people into an encounter with the Holy Spirit that will transform and heal them back to their original identity in Christ. She was called to ministry not by her own will, but through a commissioning from the Lord.
Stephanie’s background is in law and business. Unbeknownst to her, the Lord was preparing her to be equipped to battle in the courts of heaven, while her foundation in leadership was shaping her for discipleship. She carries the heart of a lioness—a fierce protector, yet a gentle, nurturing shepherd.
AMANDA MORELEY
Founder of the Young Lions Membership, co-founder of the Lioness Ministries, Leaders Rising & the Lioness Alliance
Kingdom visionary leader with a heart rooted in equipping Christian women and families to become BATTLE-READY believers, walking in Spirit-filled boldness. The call on her life is in the ministry of deliverance and discipleship. As a passionate wife and mother, Amanda was ushered into ministry leadership after spending over 20 years in God’s “training ground” of elite athletics and business.
As a former collegiate and Olympic-level athlete, Amanda's passion for women, athletes and sports families has inspired her to guide with the heart of a coach, the care of a shepherd and the strength of a mentor.
NINA ICKES
Founder of Way of Grace Ministries, &
co-founder of Leaders Rising & the Lioness Alliance
Nina is a mentor for Christian women who desire to embody their beloved identity, activate their anointed authority, and walk out their kingdom assignments. Nina graciously guides women to the heart of Christ and the Father’s love through pastoral guidance, prophetic encouragement, and community discipleship.
Nina serves to embolden God’s daughters to bring love & truth where it hasn’t gone before.
VICTORIA WASHINGTON

Victoria Washington is an Entrepreneur, Author, and Speaker leading a generation of women to walk boldly in their Holy Yes to life in Christ.
She is the Founder of Holy Yes Ministry, a movement born out of her own testimony of financial ruin, radical surrender, and divine redemption. After walking through bankruptcy and hitting rock bottom. She encountered the undeniable power of God’s provision, healing, and restoration. What was meant to break her became the birthplace of her ministry—a call to help women stop running from God’s voice and start building lives, businesses, and legacies fully yielded to Him.
Whether through live events, digital programs, or her written work, Victoria’s voice carries a rare blend of conviction and compassion—bridging the gap between finance and faith, calling women out of fear and into the fullness of God's assignment on their lives.
